Camps
Overview
A 5-day onsite camp which provides a project-based intensive curriculum for network design and implementation
Use skills and knowledge acquired from the APIE Online and APIE e-Workshop components.
Includes collaborative sessions with REN (research and education network) operators and Internet professionals in Asia Pacific
Requirement
APIE Camps are an invitation-only program. Eligibility for the APIE Camp requires the completion of the APIE Online and APIE e-Workshop components.
The APIE Advanced Camp is open for students who have attended any previous APIE Camps.
Applications
Application will be automatically sent to the Program Office and your University’s coordinator.
Cost
The program is free to join and a scholarship for travel expenses will be provided.
Certificate
The School on Internet Asia (SOI-Asia) will issue an APIE Camp Certificate and Digital Badge on Inxignia platform for your participation and completion of the assignments. An APIE Program Certificate will be issued after completing the APIE Online, APIE e-Workshop, and APIE Camp components.
